Attendance School Blues

Well here I am. Stuck in attendance school and 6:43 am. Only 32 minutes to go.

And then I go to weights. Bleh.

So Christmas was fantastic! I couldn't sleep all night, which was only really frustrating. But Santa did not disappoint!

Okay, gotta insert a nostalgic memory here: My dad, every year, since I was born I think, has said, "I think Santa had a hole in his bag!" on Christmas morning. I love it. :] I'm doing that with my kids.

Sorry, moving along.

So Santa brought me a brand new MacBook for college! I come to you live from the new lappy right now, actually. It's so cool! The little track pad lets me use it basically like an iTouch and it's got a built in camera that I can't get to connect to the internet and it's got leopard on it and and and... It's just so wonderful!

So I'm interested in going on Heritage Tours in the summer. It would be really fun but they are SOOOOO strict! I mean, I understand no iPods and cell phones and stuff but no novels? You basically can't do anything that isn't church related. I guess I could get used to that. Still. AND it's a buttload of money which I don't have. Or I do have but it's got a little negative sign before it. (Tour = $2100, my money = -$2100)

And I've been looking into Anytime Fitness and it seems really cool. They've got all this new stuff there and TV's on all the treadmills and iPod hook ups so you can watch your own movies and stuff and there's a cool bike thing where it's like you're on a video game bike and there's a tanning salon and a yoga class and it's like $24 a month if you get the 18-month contract. I really wanna do it. :] I went inside and just asked the lady what the prices were like and she was like, "Oh let me show you around!" And I was like, "Uh...okay!" She was very nice.

Have you ever left your $400 jewelry at a Taco Bell? I did the other day and I about died when I realized it. The over-nice girl at Anytime Fitness was talking to me and I barely heard the last little bit of what she said. And when I got to the Taco Bell and asked about the rings, the people were like, "What do they look like?" I thought it was interesting. I almost forgot and I was stuttering all over cuz she took me by surprise. :S

So guess what I did New Year's Eve?! Closed at Arby's! Whoo hoo! I left Arby's very downhearted at roughly 11:45 and was pulling around the round-a-bout when Robert called and was like, "Where are you?" And I was like, "Going around the round-a-bout." And he was like, "Uh..." And I was like, "Where are you?" And he was like, "At Wal-mart." And I was like, "Should I turn around?" And he was like, "Uh...yeah."

Yeah. We have the most in depth conversations. So I spent the last ten minutes of the year at Wal-mart where Robert got me flowers that are still alive and smelled really good. And the first song I listened to in the New Year was, "Another One Bites The Dust" by Queen. Oh yeah. Beat that.

Then I went over to Robert's and we watched Evan Almighty and it was awesome! Robert was hilarious cuz he practically worships Steve Carell and was dying laughing the whole time.

OH! I forgot! I got a new puppy! His name is Scooter and he's a Shih Tzu/Maltese mix and he's adorable! He enjoys chewing on ears, fingers, and hair. And everything else. And peeing on everything. But he's SOOOOOO cute! I'll post pictures when I get around to it. When I got home on New Year's, I just played with him for like an hour.

So then I got invited to Robert's Family's party in Sandy. It was SO fun but I felt so stupid cuz we were way late cuz I had just gotten back from Logan so I still had a ton of work to do when I got home.

That made no sense. Let's try again.

We went to Logan Friday and stayed overnight. And when I got back on Saturday afternoon, I had a ton of chores to do before I could go to the party.

Better. Moving on.

So we were super late and I'm panicking about how his whole family is going to think I'm a complete flake and I'm starving so I'm hoping there's still food left when we get there. And guess what? It was so fun. They still had some pizza and pepsi and LOT'S of pie so I wasn't disappointed and his family was so nice. I met his Grandpa Pat, his Aunt...um...Sherri? who plays the piano beautifully, and his cousin Lexi. Those are the extended family members I can remember. I got to spend more time with and get to know his other siblings too. His sister Hannah and her husband Eric have a baby named Brandon and he's very cute. I haven't talked to Hannah much but Eric taught me and Robert a card game and that was fun. Robert's brother Johnny and his wife Lindsey were there as well and I really like them. Johnny is still in missionary mode from his mission and I think it's hilarious and really cool at the same time. Mostly cuz Robert REALLY doesn't like Johnny. Lindsey has a gorgeous voice and was really nice to me. His family is so talented. They all gathered around the piano and sung broadway songs and I felt very intimidated. I sang a little, too, but I couldn't get Robert to sing. And Lexi his cousin was so funny and I thought she was nice but everyone else was like, "There's something wrong with her." Come to find out, she has a little bit of Asperger's which is what my little brother, Tanner, has! So I guess I just didn't notice. :]

Omg, it's so COLD!

But now I'm back at school and already I want out. I didn't know about this test we had in AP Lit and a bunch of dumb stuff like that. Like I found out I have an F in Choir cuz I didn't pass off a song because she wasn't there the one day I could be there. It makes me so mad.

I've got a bunch of movies up on Youtube and I'm trying to get my blogtv.com account to work so go check it out! And if you know how to get blogtv to work with a MacBook camera, PLEASE TELL ME!

Thanks to all my subscribers and readers! Love you guys!
